3D Ocean Wave

“Ocean Wave” is three dimensional painting that was (as you might guess) inspired by the Pacific Ocean waves on Kaua`i, HI. This original alcohol ink painting was a flat piece until one day I decided to transform it into a 3D creation. I cut out little circles and attached them to the abstract painting.

This original piece of abstract floral art is protected with several coats of Kamar varnish and a UV protectant to seal and prevent fading. Still, displaying alcohol inks in direct sunlight is not recommended.
