Swimming Upstream

Some days you may feel like you’re swimming upstream. It was such a day when I created this alcohol ink painting. Hence, the name “Swimming Upstream.”

We all know that some days are better than others and this painting reminds me that even when you feel like you’re swimming upstream, things seem to work out in the long run.

This alcohol ink painting is protected with several coats of Kamar varnish and an archival UV protectant to seal and prevent fading. Still, displaying alcohol inks in direct sunlight is not recommended.
