Whispering Silver Tides

Inspired by the ocean, “Whispering Silver Tides” is painted with alcohol inks on canvas. Indigo, aquamarine and laguna inks blend with shimmers of silver “waves.”

The interesting thing about this painting is that it can be hung whichever way you prefer. One way it appears to be soft clouds floating above the ocean. Flip it and it appears to be silvery stars glistening in the night sky.

This original piece of abstract ocean art is protected with several coats of Kamar varnish and a UV protectant to seal and prevent fading. Still, displaying alcohol inks in direct sunlight is not recommended.
